- Carpet

- Unsuitable or limited suitability floors
- Do not use the steam cleaner on the floors below, or be extra careful with specific finishes:
- Untreated solid wood
- Unsealed hardwood
- Vinyl (only suitable if treated with a water-resistant layer)
- PVC (only suitable if treated with a water-resistant layer)
- Marmoleum
- Travertine
